No interviews. No video calls. No mandatory attendance.
We welcome precise, source-supported contributions from robot manufacturers, researchers and original creators. A short official demonstration and a clear account of its limits are more useful than a promotional claim.
TINLAD decides what to include independently. Submission is not acceptance, a partnership, certification or endorsement. We do not promise traffic, reposts, shares or a publication date.
What to include

The exact robot
Manufacturer, model, generation and hardware/software version. Identify prototypes and earlier generations explicitly.

An official short demo link
Link to the original manufacturer or rights-owner publication. Describe only the action visibly demonstrated, including teleoperation, supervision or other assistance.
- 03
Dates and conditions
Provide the source publication date and, if known, the actual demonstration date, location type, test conditions and limitations. Mark unknown dates as unknown.

Ownership and permission scope
State who owns the footage/images, whether you can authorize use, and the exact permitted contexts: linking, embedding, website editorial, social/native sharing or other uses. Specify attribution, duration and restrictions.

Optional native social collaboration
Include an official Instagram account if you want TINLAD to consider a native Collab or share. Participation, posting and reach are not guaranteed.
A submission does not grant image rights
Official publication is not permission to download, edit, repost or promote the media. TINLAD reviews identity, model evidence and the permitted use scope separately. Rights must be explicitly established before reuse, and your restrictions remain binding. Please send public evidence links—not confidential material or personal information about other people.
